By accessing or using Tryd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and update it as necessary. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

3. User-Generated Content

Tryd allows users to join Clubs, participate in Challenges, and share content (such as names and photos). You agree that you will not post content that is:

Illegal, offensive, or harassing.
Infringing on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Spam or promotional material without authorization.

We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

4. Rewards and Challenges

Rewards earned through Tryd have no cash value and are subject to the specific terms of the offering partner. We reserve the right to modify or terminate reward programs at any time without notice.

5. Health and Location Data

Our app integrates with HealthKit and uses GPS tracking. By using these features, you grant us permission to process this data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide the app's functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tryd shall not be liable for any injuries, health complications, or damages resulting from the use of the app or participation in fitness activities tracked by the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
